Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community seeks a dedicated dietary services professional to prepare and serve meals that meet diverse dietary needs at Green Oaks of River Oaks in Calumet City, IL. This full-time role focuses on quality, safety, and compassionate resident care.

You will maintain kitchen and dining areas, engage with residents warmly, and participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve dietary services and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Job Details: Job Location: Green Oaks of River Oaks - Calumet City, IL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.75Hourly

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
