• Location: Cleveland Clinic - South Pointe - 20000 Harvard Road, Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full/Part-time; some evenings, weekends, and holidays. SHIFTS: 5-1pm, 6-2pm, and 12/12:30-8/8:30pm
• Requirement: Prior professional cooking experience required.
• Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serve meals using correct portions, ensuring proper temperature, attractiveness, and taste. Taste all prepared food.
• Use established procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, refrigerators, and storerooms; store or discard excess food safely.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance needs or equipment issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships and ensure safety protocols, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
