Pay Range: $17.85 - $22.75 per hour

About the Role

Are you passionate about food and seeking to gain more experience in a professional kitchen? Join our team to prepare made-from-scratch recipes and deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing hot foods such as meats, fish, vegetables, and soups, as well as portioning and plating dishes, including garnishing.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has knowledge of food preparation and production in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Can read recipes and memorize food production procedures.
• Understands and follows directions well, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses proficiency in weights, measures, and math skills.
• Can adhere to meal preparation and service schedules.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining professionalism with the public.
• Communicates effectively verbally and can establish good working relationships.
• Has knowledge of health standards and complies with health and safety regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
