IHOP Cooks are responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products accurately and with minimal waste. Duties include learning and applying IHOP-specific galley terminology, plating, menu items, and procedures according to company standards.
This position requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds, and full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. Duties necessary for restaurant operations must be performed as assigned, following governmental and company policies.
