Responsibilities

• Studio Strategy & Execution: translate vision into actionable milestones and align resources.
• Portfolio Operational Support: establish infrastructure and track KPIs across the portfolio.
• Systems & Playbook Optimization: design scalable operational frameworks for delivery and GTM.
• Financial & Resource Management: oversee budget, vendors, and reporting for growth.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align engineering, product, marketing, and venture teams.
• Governance & Investor Readiness: maintain reporting cadences for investors.
