This fully remote, on-call role requires a battle-tested leader who can manage capital allocation with precision and drive portfolio performance 24/7.

In this senior position, you will own studio operations, supervise incubator projects from ideation to launch, mentor a decentralized team, and align resources with global standards

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within a venture studio, accelerator, high-growth startup ecosystem, or tech enterprise.
• Analytical rigor for structural and financial decisions based on data, throughput, and risk assessment.
• Hyper-availability: 24/7 responsibility to manage a global operation.
• Web3 literacy: native understanding of decentralized logistics, treasury management, and on-chain dynamics.
• Remote excellence: strong organizational capability to manage a large portfolio from a laptop.

Responsibilities

• Studio Operations: Own the operational blueprint of the Venture Studio for elite efficiency.
• Venture Oversight: Supervise incubator projects from ideation to launch with metrics-driven governance.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and align a decentralized team across legal, compliance, design, marketing, and engineering.
• Capital Allocation: Manage budget and deployment pipelines with calculated efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Architect long-term vision and macro-strategy across the studio.
• Cross-Company Execution: Ensure synchronized roadmaps, launches, and handovers across portfolio companies.
