• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and align a decentralized team of shared specialists, including legal, compliance, design, marketing, and engineering resources.

• Capital Allocation: Manage the studio budget and deployment pipelines with cold, calculated efficiency, determining exactly where to double down and where to conserve resources.

• Strategic Planning: Architect the long-term vision and macro-strategy of the studio, identifying emerging market sectors and structural shifts before they break mainstream.
