Job summary

Daimler Truck Financial Services is seeking a strategic leader to drive the annual cycle of Strategy Development for the COO organization in Charlotte, NC. You will create and cascade the Envisioned Future, set goals, track strategy projects, and lead KPI reviews with cross-functional partners.

You will be the primary liaison for HR, CEO's office, Global IT, and regional teams, ensuring timely reporting and strong execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous exposure to Project Management.
• 2 years of experience in continuous improvement fundamentals.
• Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends.
• Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources.
• Ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally with all levels of employees.
• Interpersonal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• PM all strategy-related tasks for the COO office and track KPIs.
• Serve as primary contact for HR, CEO's office, Global IT, and Mexico Office.
• Prepare executive-level communications for the COO and senior management.
• Coordinate with HR, Controlling, Canada, and Mexico to keep leadership informed and budgets aligned.
• Lead Business Continuity management including planning, crisis management, and reporting.
