Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy and objectives into clear operational plans.
• Lead the day-to-day management and overall performance of the US entity.
• Drive sustainable growth, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage business plans and budgets in line with Group objectives.
• Ensure appropriate organisational structures, people, processes and systems are in place.
• Monitor business performance and ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Group.
• Identify market opportunities, operational risks and initiatives to strengthen business performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local legal, social, environmental and safety requirements.
• Implement strategic decisions and policies established by Group management.
• Define operational goals and continually improve business practices and performance.
