Job summary

Concordia Plans seeks an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership for product portfolio, marketing, service delivery, and member growth. You will translate priorities into effective execution while stewarding assets and resources in support of its mission-driven work.

The COO collaborates with the President/CEO and Board, drives operational excellence, and leads a high-performing team across functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or preferred for leadership level.
• Ten+ years of progressive executive leadership experience with product strategy and operations.
• Experience in a values-based, mission-driven organization; LCMS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for product portfolio strategy and lifecycle management.
• Lead service delivery, customer experience, and ministry/member satisfaction.
• Oversee marketing strategy and brand alignment for growth and retention.
• Drive growth and retention through integrated product, marketing, and service strategies.
• Translate strategic priorities into scalable operational execution.
• Ensure financial sustainability through planning, pricing, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Partner with President/CEO and Board to implement initiatives.
• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
