Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of strategic planning experience.
• 5+ years of managerial and team leadership responsibility.
• 6+ years of fiscal management responsibility.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices.
• Experience developing client relationships with executives and leaders in large global firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead EE-wide strategic planning and financial management (45%).
• Oversee global program management, facilities, and vendor negotiations (30%).
• Direct staff management, development, and organizational learning (15%).
• Drive EE-wide strategic initiatives and change management (10%).
• Negotiate contracts with partners and service providers; liaise with procurement.
