Job summary

The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan is seeking a senior operational leader to join the Executive Education team in Ann Arbor.

You will help shape strategic planning, budgeting, and global program delivery while managing a diverse team and external partners. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional operations, overseeing contracts and vendor relations, and driving efficiency across four global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing client relationships with executives and leaders in large global firms.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning.
• 5+ years of managerial and team leadership responsibility.
• 6+ years of fiscal management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and set strategic direction.
• Lead EE-wide project management and budgeting processes.
• Oversee vendor contracts and relationships for venues and services.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
