The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan is seeking a Chief Operating Officer and Senior Managing Director, Strategic Planning & Initiatives, to lead EE's global strategy, budgeting, and operational excellence across four locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience developing client relationships with executives and leaders in large global firms.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning.
• 5+ years of managerial and team leadership responsibility.
• 6+ years of fiscal management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead EE-wide strategic planning, budgeting, and KPI development to drive growth and financial targets.
• Oversee global program delivery, facilities management, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration across EE locations.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise staff; foster a high-service, customer-oriented culture and knowledge management.
• Drive organizational change, process improvement, and initiatives in support of EE's strategic priorities.
