Responsibilities

• Partner with Chairs and leaders to execute departmental strategy.
• Drive operational excellence across ambulatory, hospital-based, and procedural services.
• Lead growth initiatives, capacity planning, and care delivery improvements.
• Oversee financial operations, physician productivity, and long-term business planning.
• Support faculty recruitment, research administration, and talent development.
• Champion organizational transformation across a complex academic health system.
