Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field and 10+ years of senior leadership with substantial financial oversight. FACHE preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required in healthcare, business administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible administrative and financial leadership experience in an academic medicine and/or research setting or comparably complex environment with financial oversight of at least a $15-million enterprise.
• FACHE credential preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Translate the Chair's vision and departmental strategy into execution.
• Provide executive leadership across clinical, research, educational, financial and administrative missions.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to advance clinical integration, access, quality, safety, and financial performance.
