Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in large operations or tech-driven businesses.
• Experience as COO/President or senior operations executive.
• Background in data centers, critical infrastructure, or related industries.
• Knowledge of power, cooling, reliability, and capacity planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear operating plans with KPIs and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions.
• Build scalable processes, governance, reporting, and decision frameworks.
• Lead data center lifecycle from site selection to operations.
• Support acquisitions, partnerships, and external transactions.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive reporting on performance and risks to the board.
