Job summary

Kimmel & Associates is seeking a seasoned COO to translate the CEO's strategy into daily operations across our heavy equipment dealership. You will oversee sales, rentals, service, parts, logistics, and fleet management to drive profitability and scalable growth.

The role requires 10-15+ years in heavy equipment or industrial distribution, a BS or engineering degree (MBA preferred), and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and build executive-level OEM and

• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience in heavy equipment or industrial distribution beneficial.
• Leadership across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership aligning operations with CEO vision.
• Oversee Parts and Service to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Implement ERP and WMS to streamline workflows.
• Lead sales, rental, service, and branch operations across locations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for performance.
• Budgeting, P&L oversight, and gross margin targets.
• OEM relationships and post-acquisition integration involvement.
