Job summary

Adilstone Group is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own field operations across multi-fleet, multi-basin deployments. You’ll build the systems, teams, and discipline required to run reliable operations, and report to the CEO with close collaboration with Accounting and HR.

This role is hands-on, solving problems in real time on active hydraulic fracturing sites, with uptime, safety, and execution as top priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational leadership in oilfield services or related field-based industries.
• Experience leading multi-location field operations and equipment-based teams.
• Proven track record of improving uptime, reliability, and execution.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance and reliability of every system deployed in the field.
• Build a culture of uptime, safety, and preventative maintenance.
• Develop and roll out preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Push continuous improvement in efficiency, reliability, safety, and profitability.
• Ensure issues are identified, escalated, and resolved quickly.
