Zusammenfassung

DCS Asset Maintenance seeks a Chief Operating Officer to drive profitability, operational excellence, and growth across a nationwide asset maintenance portfolio for roadway and infrastructure contracts.

The COO will work with the CEO to shape strategies for geographic expansion, scale operations, and build leadership capacity while ensuring safety, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Proven executive leadership experience (min 10 years) managing multi-site infrastructure, transportation, asset management, construction, or maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated success leading organizations through aggressive growth and geographic expansion.
• Strong operational execution expertise with business development mindset combined.
• Experience managing large P&L responsibilities (100mm+ required).
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational discipline.
• Proven ability to select, negotiate and manage subcontractors and subcontractor agreements to seamlessly deliver contract compliance.

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plan for the business.
• Partner with business development teams to pursue new contracts, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Lead operational planning and mobilization for major contract awards and new market entries.
• Establish operational standards ensuring consistency, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, cost optimization, and governance.
• Build operational infrastructure to support a growing national footprint.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and drive margin improvement with budgeting discipline.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team across regions and projects.
