PragerU, a leading conservative media and educational organization, seeks a COO to partner with the CEO and scale its educational ecosystem across K–12, higher education, and lifelong learning. You will drive growth, governance, and cross-functional execution with urgency and ownership.

You will lead strategic distribution, build operational dashboards, and manage executive communications to accelerate impact while maintaining PragerU’s mission-driven focus and high standards under pressure.

Formación

• 15+ years in BizOps, strategy, or operator roles at high-velocity media/EdTech organizations.
• Experience building distributed teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven judgment handling confidential information and executive relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a 3-year growth strategy and expand educational ecosystem.
• Lead operating cadence: leadership meetings, board meetings, weekly updates.
• Own governance dashboards, KPI tracking, and action-oriented reporting.
• Coordinate with CEO and stakeholders to route inquiries and drive follow-through.
