Job summary

Hermes Landscaping is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to steer performance across Commercial Landscape Maintenance, Construction, and Snow & Ice Management. You will translate strategy into execution, lead senior leaders, and drive profitable growth while strengthening structures, processes, and leadership across the organization.

As a member of the executive team, you’ll align operations with company strategy, ensure exceptional customer outcomes, and build a high-performing leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior/exec role.
• Proven ownership of a multi-million-dollar P&L with growth impact.
• Experience leading multiple business units, divisions, or profit centers.
• Leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or field services.
• Strong financial acumen including margin, forecasting, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L performance across three profit centers; drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance management.
• Use data to identify opportunities and guide decisions for growth.
• Partner with CEO/executive team to set strategy and investments.
