What You’ll Do: As the Director of Administration, you’ll work directly with the CEO to manage and execute projects related to Finance, Compliance, Benefits Administration, Immigration, Administration, IT, Fleet Insurance, and Facilities. This is an ideal role for someone who has experience in the financial sector but is ready to broaden their impact by overseeing operational support functions while maintaining a strategic, organizational perspective.

Responsibilities Include But are Not Limited To

  • Project Management – This person will be required to maintain ongoing activities, understand the organization’s policies and objectives to work towards driving results and bringing projects to completion. This position will operate as a champion for processes, solutions, and execution.
  • Operational Systems Adoption – Champion the adoption of new operational systems, guiding teams to maximize their utilization and impact on business operations.
  • P&L Management – Manage the administrative monthly and annual budgets, reporting, and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership – Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross‑functional activities and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational success.
  • Compliance Management – Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards, ensuring adherence to OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations.
  • IT & Systems Oversight – Lead the IT department to ensure the company’s technology infrastructure is secure, scalable, and supports business objectives.
  • Insurance & Risk Management – Manage insurance policies and risk strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and operations.
  • Continuous Improvement – Recommend and implement strategies, policies, and processes to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and performance across departments.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or 5-7 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager or Senior Administrative Management role.
  • Experience in construction or related industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to facilitate, resolve issues, and make decisions across functions in complex environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects efficiently and on time.
