Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair conveyor systems in a warehouse setting. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role supports operations and maintenance teams, requires 1–3 years of related experience, and offers a 3rd shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, facilities, or related maintenance experience.
• Experience working with conveyor systems: bearings, belts, chains, motors, gearboxes.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Fiix, or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical components including bearings, rollers, belts, chains, sprockets, motors, and gearboxes.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Observe equipment operation and identify potential failures or issues.
• Remove, repair, or replace defective components to restore functionality.
• Test equipment following repairs to verify safe operation.
• Assist with installation and modification of conveyors and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and procedures.
• Document maintenance findings and report concerns to leadership.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and maintenance uptime initiatives.
