Job summary

Telementum Global, LLC. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain conveyor systems and overall facilities. This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires hands-on maintenance on daily and monthly schedules.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years with conveyor systems in distribution/manufacturing, the ability to read blueprints/electrical schematics, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Tools provided by the company for specialized tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience with conveyor systems in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC and conveyor-related electrical issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Must provide your own base tools; company provides specialty tools.
• Welding and forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic valves is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on conveyor systems including lubrication, oil changes, and debris removal.
• Clear jams using material handling equipment (MHE) in hard-to-reach locations.
• Troubleshoot to quickly fix production interruptions in the conveyor system.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems; document repairs and parts.
• Repair conveyor components by adjusting pulleys and verifying voltages.
• Assist with general facility maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, minor repairs).
• Support battery changes and repairs on MHE.
• Assist with trash and pallet collection as needed.
• Additional duties as needed by business requirements.
