Qualifications

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with conveyor systems and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic basics.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to document work electronically.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
Diagnose and repair bearings, belts, chains, motors, gearboxes, and related components.
Assist in troubleshooting basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Observe equipment operation and identify potential issues.
Test equipment after repairs to verify proper operation.
Assist with installation and modification of conveyors and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and procedures.
Inspect equipment for wear, misalignment, lubrication deficiencies, and other concerns.
Complete lubrication, belt adjustments, and routine maintenance activities.
Document maintenance findings and report issues to leadership.
