Deckers Brands is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for the 2nd shift at the US IN Midwest Distribution Center. Under minimal supervision, perform maintenance on conveyors, electrical systems, patching and painting as needed. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to follow safety procedures are essential.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data entry in the CMMS, and collaborating with a team to maintain high productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4–6 years of industrial maintenance experience with conveyors, controls and operating systems in a distribution center or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with pneumatics, AC/DC motors and industrial electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair controls, process controllers and electrical systems.
• Document all work orders, labor, parts and inventory in the CMMS.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Complete pass-down logs and communicate status to coworkers.
• Enter data in the CMMS and perform minor electrical work such as conduit work.
• Conduct analytical tests on conveyor systems and record results.
