Job summary

Monogram Foods in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level inspector to inspect, grade, and package products on a production line. You will help maintain a steady flow on the conveyor while meeting quality specifications and safety rules.

Responsibilities include weighing and counting products, identifying substandard items, reporting issues to the line operator, following all PPE and GMP guidelines, and performing other duties as required on a third shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, round, compute averages and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, grade, and package products on a conveyor line.
• Estimate weight visually and verify counts to determine grade.
• Place rejected products in designated areas and report major issues.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Assemble product according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow GMP rules.
• Wear required PPE and observe safety procedures.
• Observe fast-moving products on a conveyor for up to 3.5 hours.
