Monogram Appetizers in Plover, WI is seeking an entry-level worker for our 3rd shift. The role involves inspecting, grading, and packaging products along a conveyor line to maintain production flow according to specifications.

You will perform duties including visual weight estimation, product grading, and placement of items to meet quality standards, with emphasis on safety and adherence to PPE and plant rules. Extended hours and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, round, compute averages and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

Responsabilités

• Estimate weight of product visually.
• Verify count, assess product grade, and identify substandard items.
• Place rejected products and adjust quantities to meet specifications.
• Report major breakdowns or problems to the line operator.
• Notify Supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Assemble product according to customer specifications.
• Inspect and insert product along the line and discard poor items.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Follow all plant food safety and personal safety rules.
