Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, round, compute averages and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Estimate weight of product visually.
• Verify count and determine grade and substandard products.
• Place rejected products in designated piles and bring product into specifications.
• Report major breakdowns to line operator and notify supervisor of issues.
• Assemble product according to customer specification.
• Inspect and insert product along the line and discard poor product.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Wear required PPE and observe food safety procedures.
