Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a production line inspector to help maintain an efficient flow by inspecting, grading, and packaging products according to specifications. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and manual dexterity to handle products on a fast-moving conveyor.

The position may involve extended hours and weekend shifts based on production needs; candidates must follow safety rules and PPE requirements. Prior experience with manufacturing lines is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Basic math calculations incl. averages and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, grade, and package products to maintain production flow.
• Estimate weight of product visually.
• Verify count and determine grade; separate substandard items.
• Place rejected products in designated areas; adjust as needed.
• Report mechanial or material issues to supervisor.
• Assemble product per customer specification.
• Observe fast-moving products on conveyor for up to 3.5 hours.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow GMPs and safety rules.
