Raymond West is seeking a Conveyor Installation Site Supervisor to lead on-site installations of warehouse automation systems, including conveyors, at customer sites across the United States.

You will interact with customers, coordinate field teams, and ensure safety and quality. The role requires travel and the ability to adapt to project schedules while maintaining thorough documentation and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing installation of warehouse automation systems, ideally conveyors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain detailed records.
• Professional demeanor and focus on safety during field installs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations of warehouse automation systems, including conveyors.
• Maintain clear client communication and daily progress updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales reps, suppliers, and technicians.
• Promptly address issues to ensure project success.
• Travel up to 80% nationwide; 3–28 consecutive days on-site.
