Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Installation Supervisor to lead installation and testing of conveyor systems at customer sites. The role coordinates schedules, budgets, and safety, with travel typical to 25–40% to various job sites.

You will work with engineering and customer teams, review drawings, oversee subcontractors, and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery. A technical background and strong leadership are required for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certification in a technical field such as Industrial Technology or closely related discipline.
• Experience with OEM manufacturing facilities or similar industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering to prepare installation drawings.
• Create project schedules including shipping, installation, commissioning, training, handover.
• Monitor budgets for each project and keep costs within limits.
• Supervise on-site installation at customer sites and OEM facilities.
• Issue daily progress reports and document changes with customers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with customers to ensure paperwork, safe working environment and scope clarity.
• Report opportunities to home office and support on-site activities and handovers.
