Job summary

Belt Power, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, fabrication, shipping and receiving, and on-site service for customer installations.

You will move materials, prep customer orders, fabricate and repair conveyor belting products, and help maintain inventory accuracy and safety; participate in shipments and quality control to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and verify measurements accurately using a tape measure.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, fabricate, and install conveyor belting, conveyor components, hose and rubber products, and power transmission solutions.
• Organize inventory and maintain orderly stock areas; pick, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders and internal production.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment information; communicate shortages, overages, substitutions, and other shipment discrepancies to leadership.
• Package and ship products according to company procedures; confirm order accuracy and verify shipping documentation; coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair conveyor belts and related components; install belts and perform lightweight vulcanization; assist with system repairs and maintenance.
