Belt Power LLC is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate to support conveyor belting fabrication, shipping, and customer-site service. You will move materials, prepare orders, fabricate and repair belts, and assist with installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and verify measurements with a tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings, including background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, fabricate, and install conveyor belting, conveyor components, hose and rubber products, and power transmission solutions.
• Organize inventory and maintain orderly stock areas; pick, stage, and prepare materials for orders and production.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment information; communicate shortages and discrepancies to leadership.
• Package and ship products; verify order accuracy and shipping documentation; coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair conveyor belts and related components; install belts and perform vulcanization.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; maintain a clean, safe work environment; represent professionally when working with customers.
