Job summary

Belt Power LLC is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate in Nebraska. You will perform a dynamic mix of production, shipping, receiving, installation, and customer support, fabricating and repairing conveyor belts and related components.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required. Occasional overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and verify measurements accurately using a tape measure.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts and related components.
• Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting in-house and at customer locations.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain shipment records and inventory data.
• Coordinate with truck carriers and delivery services.
• Assist with conveyor system repairs and installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Represent Belt Power professionally when interacting with customers and teammates.
