Responsibilities

• Distribute, fabricate, and install conveyor belting, conveyor components, hose and rubber products, and power transmission solutions.
• Organize inventory and maintain orderly stock areas; pick, stage, and prepare materials for orders and production.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment information; communicate shortages and discrepancies to leadership.
• Package and ship products; verify order accuracy and shipping documentation; coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair conveyor belts and related components; install belts and perform vulcanization.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; maintain a clean, safe work environment; represent professionally when working with customers.

What You'll Do: Keep Warehouse Operations Moving

• Distribute, fabricate, and install conveyor belting, conveyor components, hose and rubber products, and power transmission solutions.

Develop Hands-On Production Skills

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair conveyor belts and related components.
• Install conveyor belts and perform lightweight belt vulcanization in the shop and at customer locations.
• Assist with conveyor‑system repairs and maintenance.
• Follow measurements and specifications to produce quality work.

Make Safety and Professionalism a Priority

• Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Represent professionally when working with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
