Job summary

Belt Power LLC is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate to join our team in a hands-on role focused on production, shipping, receiving, and customer support.

You will fabricate and repair conveyor belts, install belting at in-house and customer sites, and help maintain inventory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts and related components.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain shipment records and inventory data.
• Coordinate with truck carriers and delivery services.
• Assist with conveyor system repairs and installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Represent Belt Power professionally when interacting with customers and teammates.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• This role is active and hands-on. Team members should be comfortable:
• Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Working in warehouse, shop, and customer-site environments
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day
• Working at heights and in confined spaces when required
