Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking a Conveyor Belt Technician to fabricate and install conveyor belts and related industrial products. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with occasional overnight travel for installations.

You will process orders, coordinate with supervisors, ensure timely shipments, and maintain inventory and reports. The role requires lifting 75+ pounds, flexibility for shifts, and a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• MUST pass background check (MVR).
• Strong math skills required.
• Flexibility for nights/weekends.
• Experience in industrial or production settings.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, rotate, push/pull, stand; some climbing.
• Leadership and teamwork mindset.
• Desire to drive change and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Process orders safely and operate light industrial equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor about orders, scheduling and production issues.
• Ensure timely shipping of belting products and proper receiving.
• Maintain shipping/receiving supplies and reports.
• Travel to locations to install product; occasional overnight travel. We will pay for gas, meals, and hotel.
• Provide on-call assistance as required.
• Maintain inventory controls and participate in annual counts.
