Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Rubber Products Specialist to leverage customer service and conveyor belt expertise to train, implement, and drive rubber products marketing programs for our accounts. You will engage with Account Managers and customers to determine rubber product and conveyor needs, helping to meet those needs and improve satisfaction and sales results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven technical lightweight conveyor belt sales and/or service experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to travel 1-3 nights per month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conveyor belt and rubber product initiatives with Service Centers and Regional Managers.
• Present rubber product and conveyor belt solutions to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct training for internal staff and customers.
• Join field sales on joint sales calls with customers.
• Assist in data collection and documentation of value-added benefits and applications.
• Support attainment of sales targets and participate in installations and repairs.
