Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 30 staff in daily corrugated production.
• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels per management.
• Communicate safety and quality guidelines to staff.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings with department personnel.
• Train and develop staff; ensure policy compliance.
