Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Converting Supervisor in Cedar Hill, TX. You will supervise approximately eight employees in the daily production of corrugated products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will communicate standards, manage inventories, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of supervisory experience, with preferred background in corrugated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior corrugated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 8 staff in producing corrugated products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality, efficiencies and production levels as directed; communicate standards to staff.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings and coordinate with maintenance on repairs.
• Manage inventories of sheets, inks and converting supplies.
• Enforce safety policies, housekeeping and company procedures.
• Train staff, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
