Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of corrugated experience and 2 years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Converting Supervisors and hourly employees.
• Oversee shift performance and plant standards.
• Train and mentor staff; manage inventory and downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance with minimal downtime.
• Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping policies.
• Resolve problems and drive continuous improvement.
