Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL and ASM Global are seeking a Conversions Crew Member to transform the arena floor for each event. You will help set up and break down equipment, flooring, seating, and staging, ensuring a safe and timely environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with at least a high school diploma and 3 years of work experience, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team committed to operational excellence.

THE ROLE

The Conversions Crew Member is responsible for transforming the arena floor to meet the specific set up requirements of each event. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is prepared in a safe, efficient and timely manner
