Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Conversions Crew Member to transform the arena floor for each event at Desert Diamond Arena. You will set up and break down equipment, operate tools and help with flooring, seating and staging as required.

Role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 75 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a team-oriented approach to meet tight deadlines and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

THE ROLE

The Conversions Crew Member is responsible for transforming the arena floor to meet the specific set up requirements of each event. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is prepared in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the set up and breakdown of event equipment, flooring, seating and staging per requirements
• Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment as required for conversions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow direction from team leads to complete tasks efficiently
• Work collaboratively as a team to meet tight deadlines
