Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Conversions Crew Member to transform the arena floor for each event at Desert Diamond Arena. You will help prepare the venue safely, efficiently, and on time, supporting the team on setup and breakdown tasks.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level of Highschool Diploma or its equivalency.
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set up and breakdown of event equipment, flooring, seating and staging per requirements.
• Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment as required for conversions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow direction from team leads to complete tasks efficiently.
• Work collaboratively as a team to meet tight deadlines.

THE ROLE

The Conversions Crew Member is responsible for transforming the arena floor to meet the specific set up requirements of each event. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is prepared in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
