Job summary

Freebird, a 9-figure DTC brand, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to own the design system and conversion-focused surfaces that move the numbers. You’ll work hands-on in Figma, run A/B tests, and ship production-ready work within sprint cadence with measurable impact.

You’ll report to the Senior Director of Design and partner with the CRO Manager. This is a 100% remote role with meaningful overlap with US hours. Build scalable design practices and a strong design system used across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of UX/UI design experience in DTC or ecommerce
• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma, including components and tokens
• A portfolio showing measurable business impact (conversion improvements, CTR, CVR gains, AOV)
• Experience working through the full experimentation process from hypothesis to results
• Ability to work independently, proactively communicate blockers, and maintain momentum
• Advanced Figma proficiency and experience building a design system from scratch at a DTC brand

Responsibilities

• Design conversion-critical pages (PDPs, checkout, landing pages) and post-purchase experiences
• Own and evolve the Freebird design system and component library
• Deliver production-ready UI within sprint cadence with clear specs
• Support sprint planning and provide accurate effort estimates
• Scale design practices as the team grows and set quality standards
