Job summary

M&M Printed Bag Inc. is seeking a Conversion Set-Up Operator III to manage machine setup, changeovers and material handling for continuous production. The role requires coordinating with the Conversion Supervisor and ensuring quality, safety, and SQF compliance throughout shifts.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of conversion machine operator experience and a strong ability to troubleshoot equipment to keep lines running with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of conversion machine operator experience.
• Advanced knowledge of all machines and adjustments for efficient running.
• Familiar with SQF procedures and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and changeovers of conversion machines to ensure continuous run.
• Supply operators with cartons, skids and other materials.
• Perform material inspections and quality checks per SQF.
• Report downtime and equipment malfunctions to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow company safety rules.
