Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment efficiently.
• Perform package changes and pre-operation setup to ensure proper startup.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure high-quality production with minimal waste.
• Maintain logs/records and communicate with team to ensure continuity of production.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting multiple pieces of equipment efficiently.
• Perform package change over on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Performs necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on assigned equipment.
• Operates assigned equipment and monitors equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Communicates with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Maintain logs and required records.
• Notify management of any source loss or misuse, including bad labels, product, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned.
