Job summary

Amcor is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator Level 2 to provide continuous support for primary and secondary equipment, monitor uptime, and ensure equipment safety. You will handle color changes, material changeovers, jams, and routine line clearances to keep production moving.

The role requires following ISO/SQF standards and health and safety rules, maintaining documentation, and assisting with preventive maintenance, scrap totals, and shift handovers.

Qualifications

• Monitor and support primary and secondary equipment for uptime efficiency and safety.
• Communicate machine breakdowns and root causes to Production Supervisor.
• Perform beginner-level preventive maintenance tasks and line checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous machine support and uptime.
• Supply materials to presses and handle color changes and material changeovers.
• Maintain proper documentation and line clearances.
• Adhere to ISO/SQF standards and health and safety requirements.
• Total scrap at end of shift and support continuous improvement.
