Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine adjustments.
• Familiarity with 5S and Lean manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform product changeovers and machine setups on lining and rotary assembly equipment.
• Install and adjust tooling, guides, and fixtures for different configurations.
• Set and verify machine parameters and timing to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot routine mechanical issues and perform light maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support continuous improvement.
